Who we are
Shopskon (https://shopskon.com) is an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and city, and your email if you give it. We do not collect or store card details: online payments, where offered, are handled by the payment provider.
On this device
Your bag, wishlist, saved details and order history are stored in your browser on this device so the site can remember them. You can clear them at any time from your account page.
How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your order
- To contact you about your order
- To send news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them
Who we share it with
Only with the courier companies and payment providers needed to complete your order. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can limit this in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
If you order or contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Our social media accounts and tools
We publish our own videos and posts to Shopskon's YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts using the official tools of those platforms, including the YouTube API Services, the TikTok Content Posting API and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs. These tools are used only with Shopskon's own accounts, to upload and schedule our content and to read our own posts' statistics. They do not collect information about you or other users, and we do not sell or share any data received from them.
- YouTube: by using YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to our tools can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing info@shopskon.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
